How to Book: In order to benefit from these special conference rates, please send the Accommodations Form,together with a Registration Form to Bioforum, by fax or mail.

Payment: Full payment for hotel accommodation reserved through Bioforum should be made before January 20th, 2009.

Bioforum accepts Visa, Master Card & AMEX credit cards, as well as bank transfers.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Applicants may cancel their registration up to January 8 th , 2009 .
Cancellations are subject to processing fee of 30% from any of the fees specified above.

No refunds will be issued to cancellations after January 8 th , 2009 .

Cancellations must be submitted in writing only.

Important notes:

• Bioforum reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better.
• Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended. Bioforum shall not be responsible for all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
• Official check-in time in all hotels is 12:00 hours and check- out time is 14:00 hours
