Language: The official language of the Conference is English
Climate: The weather in Tel Aviv in January is cool and pleasant during the day and slightly cooler in the evening. Rain is possible. Temperatures range from 10°- 20°C.
Clothing: Informal for all occasions.
Electricity: Equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some devices require an adapter (can be purchased locally).
Sound and Visual Options: PowerPoint presentations are mandatory. A PC and projectors will be provided.
A General Assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society:
During the first day of the Conference (January 20, 2009), a General Assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society will take place. This assembly will include a discussion about issues related to the Society and decisions regarding its activities.
