How to Book: In order to benefit from these special conference rates, please send the Accommodations Form,together with a Registration Form to Bioforum, by fax or mail.

Payment: Full payment for hotel accommodation reserved through Bioforum should be made before January 20th, 2008.

Bioforum accepts Visa, Master Card & AMEX credit cards, as well as bank transfers.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellations received:

Before November 30th, 2007 - full refund;

Before December 31st, 2007 - 75% refund;

After December 31st, 2007 - no refund.

Important notes:

• Bioforum reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better.
  
  
• Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended. Bioforum shall not be responsible for all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
  
  
• Official check-in time in all hotels is 12:00 hours and check- out time is 14:00 hours
