Hotel Accommodation at special rates have been reserved and will be available in single and double room. Participants wishing to secure reservation of accommodation / tours should kindly send the Resrvation Form, accompanied by full payment, to the conference secretariat. It is important to make hotel reservations as early as possible due to the fact that rooms will be released on December 17th 2010. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations should be made through Bioforum Applied Knowledge Center and not directly with the hotel.

All Bank Charges to be paid by Participants. Payment in Israeli currency is subject to Value Added Tax.
Cancellations Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing only. Applicants may cancel their accommodation/tours up to January 7th, 2010. Cancellations are subject to processing fee of 30% from any of the fees specified above. No refunds will be issued to cancellations after January 7th, 2010.
