David Intercontinental Hotel offers a superb location for ISRANALYTICA 2011. The Hotel is situated at a walking distance from Tel Aviv beach with a view over the Medirerranean Sea and is close to many cultural and financial centers. The official language of the Conference is English

Climate: The weather in Tel Aviv in February is cool and pleasant during the day and cooler in the evenings. Temperatures range from 10 ° to 20 °C, and rain is possible.

Clothing: Informal for all occasions.

Electricity: Equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some devices require an adpter (can be purchased locally).

Sound and Visual Options: PowerPoint presentations are mandatory. A PC and projectors will be provided.

A General Assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society:
During the first day of the conference (February 7,2011) a general assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society will take place. This assembly will include a discussion about issues related to the Society and the decision regarding its activities.

Visas: Residents of most counties do not need entry visas to Israel. However please check the matter with your local travel agent.

Exhibition: The 14th Annual Exhibition of the Analytucal Chemistry will be set up in conjuction with the Conference. The Exhibition will provide a stage for instrumentation, eqipment, chemicals,materials,publications and services of analytical chemistry, diagnostics and biotechnology and is expected to be highly successful.
