The Hotel is situated at a walking distance from the beach with a view over the Mediterranean sea and it is close to many cultural centers as well as financial centers, shopping areas and international embassies.

Language: The official language of the Conference is English

Climate & Clothing: The weather in Tel Aviv in January is cool and pleasant during the day and slightly cooler in the evening. Rain is possible. Temperatures range from 16°- 20°C. Clothing: Informal for all occasions.

Electricity: Equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some devices require an adapter for the plug (can be purchased locally).

Sound and Visual Options: Data, slide and overhead projection facilities will be available. Details of these will be provided on acceptance of abstracts for podium presentations.

A General Assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society:
During the first day of the Conference (January 23rd, 2007), a General Assembly of the Israel Analytical Chemistry Society will take place. This assembly will include discussion about issues related to the Society and decisions regarding its activities.
